1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future as Herblytics continues to grow.


2. Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. If your order is submitted after 2:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time), it will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be picked up on Monday.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Shipping (United States):

Most orders arrive within 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your delivery location. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

We believe wellness should be accessible, which is why we offer:

  • Free ground shipping within the U.S. on all eligible products weighing under 10 lbs, as indicated on individual product pages.
  • For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Shipping Carrier

All Herblytics orders are shipped through FedEx, ensuring your supplements are handled with care and delivered efficiently and reliably to your doorstep.


6. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time. We recommend checking your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order.
