At Herblytics, every product we offer is crafted from organically sourced, research-backed ingredients and held to the highest quality standards. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return and refund process is here to make things right.
1. Eligible Products for Return
Due to the nature of our organic supplement products and to ensure the safety and integrity of every order, we accept returns only on new, unopened, and sealed products. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
2. Return Window
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original, intact packaging
- Inclusive of all original seals, labels, and accessories
Any product that has been opened, tampered with, or shows signs of use will not be accepted for return, in accordance with health and safety regulations applicable to dietary supplements.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please follow these steps:
- Email us at refunds@herblytics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your order confirmation or receipt.
Please do not ship any items back before receiving approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Herblytics will cover the full cost of return shipping.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase following the process above and place a new order on herblytics.com.
